Grissom Rites Held
The exact cause of the death at
WlUlam Thomas Orlssom last
Wednesday la still a mystery.

The son of Commlsskmer and
Mra. William R. Orlssom, 204 N.
Roxtord Rd., young Tommy was
visiting at ttie home of the J. T.
Jacksons, 001 Princeton Dr., last
Wednesday afternoon when he
keeled over.
He was rushed to Kings
Mountain Hoq>ltal where he was
pronounced dead on arrival by
Dr. Sam Robinson, medical
examiner. The body was taken to
the pathology laboratory In
Chapel Hill for autopsy to
determine the cause of death. No

Orlssom was a rising ninth
grader at KM Junior High and a
member of the Junior high
football team.
The family has asked that In

made to the Kings Mountain
Senior High Athletic Fund.
Services were held last
Saturday at 11 a. m. at First
Presbyterian Church by the Rev.
Gary Bryant and burial was In
Mountain Rest Cemetery.
Besides his parents, Orlssom
Is also survived by a sister,
Sondra, of the home; paternal
grandmother, Mrs. Mary Mc
Carter Orlssom of Clover, B. C.*
maternal grandparents, Mr. and
Mrs. Ben T. Ootorth of Kings
Mountain.
