L. M. Schumann. Mr. Narron died of self-inflicted gunshot wounds of the chest Saturday night at 11 p. m. at his home. He was a native of Johnson County, N. C., son of the late Archie Cleveland and Ruby Boykin Narron and operated Narron’s Used Auto Parts. He was a veteran of service In the Korean War. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Alice Faye Hardin Narron; one stepson, Steven Casper of the home; two stepdaughters, Teresa Ann Chyce of Shelby and Donna Faye Casper of . the home; five brothers, Danny Narron of Raleigh, Randy Narron of Memphis, Tenn., Raeford Narron of the U. S. Army at Fort Hood, Texas, Bayden Narron of Chesapeake, Va., and Roland Narron of Clayton; and one sister, Mrs. Theodore Truelove of Clayton, N. C. Harris Funeral Home Is In charge of airangements. Mrs. Blanton, 68, of Henrietta, died Friday morning In Royster Memorial Hospital, Bolling Springs. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Tom Givens and was a retired textile worker. Mr. Hardin was a foreman in the Acoustical Department of Southern Flooring and At^oustical Com pany in Charlotte. Also surviving are his wife, Mrs. Nancy Morris Hardin; two sons, Charles Anthony Hardin and Jeffrey Shannon Hardin, both of Charlotte; and two daughters, Kelly Tina and Nancy Ann Hardin, both of Charlotte. Roper To Sing Sunday Pat Roper music evangelist from Greenville, S. C., will be singing at First Baptist Church Sunday at 11 a. m., and 7:30 p. m. He will be accompanied by his wife, Donna, and their son. The evening service will be a com plete sacred concert. Mr. and Mrs. Roper are natives of Alabama. Before entering the work of evangelism, he served as Minister of Music in churches in Alabama, Louisiana, and South Carolina.
