Moss, celebrated her fourth birthday Nov. 1st. A Halloween birthday party was held at her home at 806 Fulton Drive on Sunday afternoon. About twenty children and family enjoyed refreshments and a Halloween cake and Ice cream. Laura Bath Is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray OUver and the late Mr. and Mrs. F. B. Moss of Kings Mountain. She U the great- granddaughter of Mrs. Lula Oliver Curry of Shelby. Members Attended Conference Sb( members of OUs D. Oreen Post IBB and Auxiliary attended the Fall Conference of the American Legion and AuxlUary In AshevUle during the weekend. They were District 38 commander Rick Moore, Gene Tlgnor, Bud Ware, GsrI Wilson, Mrs. JacUs Barrett, Unit Vice Praal- dent, and Miss Elisabeth Stewart, Unit President and immediate past sUte president. Meetings were held at The Great Smoky HUton.
