Under new food stamp rules effective Jan. 1, 1678, bouae- Iwldi may be able to get ad justments In their food stamp purchase price if heating and- or utility bills increase by more than $25 over the previous month. Food stamp purchase prices are baaed on income, after allowable deductions.
