Bride-Beet MUs Robin Dickey entertained Saturday at a 12:80 bridesmaids lun cheon at Kings Mountain Country Club honoring Hiss Vickie Putnam, whose wedding to Philip Prancls took place Satur day evening In Grover. Champagne toasts were made on arrival of guests. Mixed spring flowers of aU-whlte dogwood, bridal wreath, splrea and white azaleas decorated the clubhouse. The bride’s table was covered with cream- colored cloth and arranged with pastel-colored spring flowers. Guests were seated at two tables, also covered In cream cloths, and arranged with bisque cuplds. Miss Putnam’s place was marked by a white daisy corsage which was pinned to the shoulder of her party dress. The hoetess took the occasion to present her wedding gift to the bride- elect, a gift of silver In her chosen pattern. Miss Dickey also presented Hiss Putnam a novelty gift, an electric dish washer made of a cotton dishcloth with a fake electric cord. A four-course luncheon was served. Mrs. Austin, Mrs. Crawford and Mrs. Morrow assisted the bride- elect In displaying the gifts in the family room. The bride’s table was overlaid with a Ivory cut lace imported Italian lace tablecloth Illuminated with yellow candles In crystal hurricane lanterns. Mrs. Bennett cut and served the horse shoe-shaped cake decorated with yellow roses, daisies and violets surrounded by Easter egg cakes. Mrs. Gainey served punch from the crystal punch bowl. Sausage balle, cheeee straws, small sandwiches, and lady Angers were served from diver trays. A very large Easter basket containing a ceramic bunny, ducks and eggs was on the bar. Ceramic bunnies were used throughout the house. Geraniums, begonias, and Easter lUles also wsre tsatured In decorations. Ths hostesses prsssnted a corsage of yellow mums to Miss Bridges which was pinned to the ehoulder of her floral party dreee.
