S. 160A-31, as amended. First tract: BEGIN NING at a stake and persimmon on East side of Potts Creek and H.T. Wright’s line; thence a new line N. 65 deg. W. 76 feet to a stake, a few yards Southeast side of Beattie Springs; thence S. 41 deg. W. 232 feet to a rock pile or iron stake in North edge of New Sand Clay Road; thence S. 77E. 113 feet to a rock pile or iron stake in South edge of old road; thence with H.T. Wright’s line N. 32>^ E. 200 feet to the BEGINNING, con taining one-half acre, mre or less. Second tract : BEGINNING at a stone, the Church comer, and runs S. 73W. 2.15 chains to a stone on North side of road leading from Kings Mountain to Patterson Grove; thence with Northeast side of said road S. 75 E. 1.30 chains to a stone; thence S. 27*4 E. 3.49 chains to a stake in H. T. Wright’s line in edge of road; thence with his line N. WVz W. 3.88 chains to the BEGINNING, CONTAINING one-fourth of an acre, more or less, and begining the same conveyed by Willard Hugh Ross and wife, to F.V. Webster and wife, by deed dated 31st of May, 1955 as will appear on record in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Cleveland Third Tract: BEGIN NING at an iron stae on the Eastern edge of a private road, Canipe’s comer and runs thence along the Eastern margin of the private road and crossing the Waco Road S. 19E. 211.20 feet to a stake on the Southeast side of the Waco Road; thence crossing the Waco Road N. 77il5 E. 100 feet to a stake, a new comer; thence a new line N. 18 W. 395 feet to a stake on the Southwest bank of Nebo Creek in Canipe’s line; thence along Canipe’s line S. 32-30 W. 122 feet to the BEGINNING, and containing .77 acres, more or less. For reference see deed recorded in Book 6-Z at Page 577 of the Cleveland County Registry. / Fourth' Tract: BEGINNING on an iron stake, the Northeast comer of the R.C. Gantt property, and the Southeast corner of the Clyde Dixon property, and also a comer of the CTyde Dixon property, and also a comer of the Oland Horn property and running with the Dixon line S. 42-20 W. 77.3 feet to an iron stake on the West side of the creek; thence with another of Dixon’s lines S.20-35E.301 feet to a stake, his Southeast comer below the old bridge pier; thence a new line across the Oland Horn property N. 9-0 W. 343.5 feet to the BEGIN- NINGf containing .24 of an acre. Being carved out of that I. 36 acre tract conveyed by J. P. Plonk and wife, to R.B. Loven and later conveyed by R.B. Loven to his wife, Leola Loven by deed dated August 5, 1935, registered in Book 4-E at Page 548 of the Cleveland County Registry.
