KATHRYN WELLS Kathryn Page la seven years old and the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Toney Wells. She Is a rising third grader at West School. She attends First Baptist Church. Her hobbles are dancing, gymnastics, music, skating and swimming. She represents the American Legion team. DEBRA BAaOETT REVONDA CROCKETT Debra Blanca Is the 10- year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Baggett. She's a rising fifth grader at West School. She attends Macedonia Baptist Church and her hobble Include dancing, music, tennis, gymnastics, swimming and photography. She Is representing the Vitamin Bees. Revonda Is the 11-year- old daughter of Carol and Haxel Crockett. She’s a rising sixth grader at Central School and attends Kelly’s Chapel Methodist Church in Bessemer City. Her hobbles are piano tind dancing and she’s an ac tive member of the Qlrl Scouts. She represents Nationwide Insurance. REGINA PERRY Regina Dawn Is the seven year old daughter of Mrs. Thomas R. Perry. She will enter the first grade at East School In the fall. She attends McAdenvllle Baptist Church and her hobbles Include dsuiclng, art and skating. She represents the Herndon’s Landscaping team. STEPHANIE BROWN Stephanie Dawn, age seven. Is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rocky Brown. She's a rising second grsider at West School. She attends Bethlehem Baptist Church and her hobbles Include dsuiclng and gymnastics. She represents the BoUn Day Care Center team. Carol Ann Is eight years old and the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Van Dyke of Kings Mountain. She’s a rising third grader at Orover School and attends Love Valley Baptist Church. She represents the cubs pee wee team, of which she Is a player. Her coaches are Larry Morrow and Billy King. BETH WEBSTER Beth, age 11, represents the Herndon’s Land scaping pee wee team, and Is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Webster. She’s a rising sixth grader at Central School and attends Patterson Grove Baptist Church. She has taken dancing for seven years and also takes piano. PAULA MORRIS Plonk Oil Company’s representative la seven year old Paula MorrU, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bob Morris. She will be a second grader at Bethware School and attends Bethlehem Baptist Church. She has taken dancing for three yeairs and Is a player on the Plonk OU team. Babe Ruth Leeigue Action Unbeaten M^klenburg Orioles Here Saturday Mountaineers Exige Grover 4-3 Scott Shaw hurled a three-hitter Monday nlg^t to lead the Mountaineers to a4-S victory over Grover In 14-16 year old Babe Ruth League action. Shaw fanned 14 batters In outduellng Robert Anderson and Leard Keeter of Grover. Shaw, Doug Clark, Jerry Tatum and Danny Murphy had one hit each to lead the Mountaineer plate attack and H(q>per had two hits and Gamp om for Orover. 9PORK In a game played last week, Robo Car Wash won Its fifth straight game over the Moimtalneers, 13-6. Jamie Green hurled the win, a slx-hltter, and Shaw took the loss. Green struck out seven. Tony Boyce led the Robo plate attack with 8-for-4 and Jeff Moss was 3-for-6. Green and Carvln Petty were each 2-for-6. Jerry Tatum led the Moun taineers with 2-for-4 and Shaw, Barry Morrow and Chris Brown added one hit e^lece.
