Mrs. Love was active in the Stanley County Mental Health Association, the Democratic Party and the Stanley County Cancer Society. She was a member of Love’s Chapel United Methodist Church, where she was an active member of United Methodist Women and other church activities. She was a former correspondent for the Stanley News and Press. In addition to her mother and stepfather, she is survived by her husband, Wayne B. Love of the home; one son, Wayne B. Love Jr. of Stanfield; and two daughters, Miss Cindy Love of Charlotte and Miss Sally Love of the home. Funeral services were con- ducted Saturday at 2 p.m. at Love’s Chapel United Methodist Church by the Rev. Paul Bell Services will be conducted Fri- day at 3 p.m. at Washington Baptist Church.
