Other projects for the fire department include a chief’s auto, a pickup truck, a front wheel drive truck, and a skid unit. The street department plans $150,000 worth of paving, curb and guttering. The city also plans to spend $25,000 for a motorgrader on a lease-purchase agreement and $3,200 for a bushhog. The sanitation department plans to purchase two trash col- lection vehicles and containers. The $2,000 budgeted to the garage will go toward the pur- chase of tools. The Recreation Department plans to spend half of its $15,000 on equipment and the other half on facility im- provements, the Neighborhood Facilities Center has targeted all TANNA MORGAN Tanna Morgan One Year Old Tanna Shea celebrated her first June 17. A bunny cake and refreshments were served to family and friends. Tanna is the daughter of Dwayne and Donna Welch Morgan of Kings Mountain and the granddaughter of Howard and Helen Welch of Kings Mountain, Judy Varner of Kings Mountain and Jim Morgan of Miami, Fla.
