Fire Department
Issues Report
The Kings Mountain Fire
Department reports the follow-
ing.
On September | they were call-
ed to the scene of a car fire at
North School parking lot, on
that same day there was a smoke
investigation at 415 Phifer Rd.
On September 2 a cotton fire
in the basement of the Sadie
Mill.
On September 3 a alarm went
off at Cinderella Knit on Mit-
chell Street no fire was found.
On September 5 KM Fire
Department went with mutual
aid with the Bethlehem Fire
Department; a reported grease
fire in a mobile home at Betty
Farris Mobile Home Park.
REUNION
The Hullender, Burton and
Falls reunion will be held
September 18 at the Depot
Center. Lunch will be served at
12:30. All members of the family
and friends are invited to bring a
covered dish.
Short Reunion
The Short Reunion will be
held September II, Sunday at the
home of Novella Foster, 3ll

served at 1:00 p.m.
