It is open to young people of Cleveland and Contiguous Counties. Talent will be judged in the following categories: Vocal Solo-Female, Vocal Solo- strumental Solo, Dance Solo, Dance Group, Dance N ovelty Solo and Dance Novelty Group. Entry forms are available at the Fair Office, Cleveland Technical College and the public schools. Entry deadline is ilies 10.
