The advisory committee was formed by the Cleveland Count Commissioners December 1982 to serve as liasons for rest home residents to the outside world. The compliance of Domiciliary Home Bill of Rights is the major function of the committee. An accident occurred in the parking lot of Family Dollar Store when a 1977 Toyota operated by Jessie Lee Adams, Apt. 47 Landmark, hit a 1975 Ford which was parked and owned by John Taylor, Forest City. Damages amounted to $200 to the Taylor vehicle. Harry Reynolds, Lugoff, S.C., operating a 1971 Olds which was damaged $200, struck a 1984 Datsun Route 1, which was not damaged. The accident oc- curred on E. King Street. A hit and run driver struck Gate Plaza. A 1979 Pontiac’ owned by Richard Green, 206 Morris St., was damaged $250.
