The contest is open to everyone except
employees of the Herald and their immediate
families. Only one entry per person. No typewrit-
ten entries. Any entries Judged as being the same
handwriting will be disqualified.
In case of a tie, the tie-breaker will decide the
winner. If a winner cannot be decided by the tie-
breaking method, the prize money will be divid-
ed if no more than two persons tie. A drawing
will decide the winner if more than two persons
tie.
The decision of the judges will be final.
All entries must be received by 4 p.m. Fridays.
