Mayor Breaks Tie Vote To Delay Public Meeting On Water District

tion from some citizens 20
years ago but George said he
wanted to know how much

ject already. Moss reiterated
that all the time spent on the
plan so far has been donated.

Commissioners Houston, Ir-
