In structor for the course was Dawson Nethercutt and the school was sponsored by the N.C. Dept. Insurance. Proposals must be on the standard form provided by the Architect and must be in accordance with the I^iblic School Laws of North Carolina. All contracts and work shall be in accordance with the AIA General Con ditions. Ehnposal forms, plans and ^ledfications may be ob- lained at the office of Wilber, Kendrick, Workman & Warren, 4822 Albemarle Road, Suite 201, Charlotte, North Carolina. A deposit of $25.00 will be required for a complete set of Contract plans and specifications. The deposit will he returned upon receipt of a bid and return of the plans and specifications in good conditions within 10 days from the date the contract is awarded. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check drawn on some bank or trust company insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in an amount equal to S percent of the gross amount of the proposal. In lieu thereof, such Bidder may file a bid bond executed in ac- oordancewith and conditioned as prescribed by G.S. 143-129 as amended. Hie deposit shall be retained if the successful Bidder foils to execute the contract within 10 days after the award or foils to give satisfactory surety bond as required by the contract documents.
