Kelly Dixon. Mr. Early was son of the late Boyce Crayton and Willie Morris Early and was a veteran of World War II. He was a member of the American Legion Post 156 and Frank B. Glass Post 9811 VFW. Surviving are his brother, Jake Early of Melbourne, Fla., three sisters, Mrs. Minnie Murray, Mrs. Elolse Baity, both of Kings Mountain, and Mrs. Mary Ware of Gastonia. Harris Funeral Home was In charge of arrangements. A.C. BELL Funeral services for Acle Claude Bell, 78, of Shelby, brother of William A. Bell and Mrs. Henry Gilliland of Kings Mountain, were conducted Monday at 2 p.m. from Oak Grove Baptist Church by Rev. Russell Hinton, Interment following In the Oak Grove Cemetery. Mr. Bell died Saturday at Cleveland Memorial Hospital. He was a native of Cleveland County and a retired farmer and self- employed painter. He was son of the late Mr. and Mrs. David Alexander Bell and his wife was the late Mary Edna Watterson Bell. Also surviving are two sons, Fred C. Bell and J. Haskell Bell, both of Shelby; a brother, Monroe J. Bell of Charlotte; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Lutz-Austell Funeral Home was In charge of arrangements. MRS. FALLS Funeral services for Mrs. Dorenda A. Falls, 92, of 304 E. Ridge St., who died at her home Sunday, will be conducted Thur sday at 4 p.m. from Bynum Chapel AME Zion Church of which she was a member. Elder S.I. Clement and Rev. S.T. Cook will of- Oclate at the rites, and Interment will be In Vestibule AME Zion Church Cemetery. Mrs. Falls was a native of York County, S.C. and was owner of Falls Grocery. She was daughter of the late Lesley and Agnes Crosby and widow of the Rev. Phillip B. Falls. She Is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Meeks, of the home, and one grandchild. Dockery’s Funeral Home Is in charge of arrangements. Week-Long Search Ends In Tragedy The week-long search for Crystal Wyoming Froneberger, 39, of Shelby, sister of Mrs. Ruth McCree of Kings Mountain, ended Friday with the discovery of her body In a city drainage line that runs under the house she shared with her mother at 716 Earl Road in Shelby. Miss Froneberger had been missing from home since July 5th. The exact cause of death has not been determined and an autopsy is being performed. Funeral services were ' held Sunday at 3 p.m. from New Ellis Chapel Baptist Church by Rev. A.A. Ponder, Interment following In Webb Memorial Lawns. Also survlng are her brother, James Froneberger of Shelby; two sisters, Mrs. Lillie Barrow and Mrs. Alsona Carpenter, both of Shelby. J.W.
