arranged several Christmas-
season events for members and
the interested community.
Bloodmobile
Coming Friday ^
Give a Christmas gift in the
form of a pint of blood at the Red
Cross bloodmobile Friday.
The regional blood collecting
unit returns to Kings Mountain
for a one-day visit at Central
United Methodist Church.
Donors will be processed from
10 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
A spokesman for the
Cleveland County Red Cross
Chapter said that citizens are
invited to “come and share
during this holiday season the
gift of life-blood" and
reminded that those who par
ticipated in the visit of Oct. I9th
at KM Citizens Service Center
are eligible to donate at this
visit.
Senior Citizens of the church
held a Christmas luncheon
Wednesday at Jackson
Cafeteria in Shelby and ex
changed Christmas pre.sents.
The tables were festive with
Christmas decorations.

begin at 9 p.m. on Dec. 31 and
continue until midnight and
Jerry Lovelace is in charge '>f
the program. The service will be
held in tlie Recreation Building
of the church.
The Ijottie Moon <7hri.slmas
offering will be received at the
Sunday worship hour and goal is
$1,000 for foreign missions.
