The sessions are offered throughout the year by Western Carolina University’s Center for Improving Mountain Living and co-sponsored by the Shelby Benefit Saturday Young Adults of Central United Methodist Church will sponsor the annual Country Ham Breakfast Saturday. Serving will begin at 6 a.m. and continue until 11 a.m. in the church fellowship hall. A breakfast plate of country ham, eggs, grits, biscuits and cof fee will be available at $3 or take out orders of three country ham biscuits at S3 are also available to the interested public. Chamber of Commerce. One-hour appointments are available from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. for the December session. A counselor will be available dur ing that time to answer questions in the areas of marketing, finance, sales, advertising, going into business, accounting, small business loans, government financing and franchises. Counselor for the sessions will be Kevin Hall. Arrangements for appoint ments may be made by calling the Shelby Chamber of Com merce at 487-8521. Other counseling sessions in December scheduled by the WCU center will be in Morgan- ton, Rutherfordton, North Wilkesboro and Hendersonville. The sessions are made possible throughout the 28 western-most counties of North Carolina by a grant from the Economic Development Administration.
