KM District Schools will pro bably hold the line in its an ticipated budget but will receive $5,155 less from the county commissioners than the unit re quested for its 1980-81 budget. City patrolman Harry Honeycutt, 30, blasted the city board for low pay and poor working conditions for police. A hydroelectric plant is pro posed for Moss Lake and a com mittee was named by the Mayor to formulate plans. Key Warehouse Foods, formerly Lowe’s, opened in renovated quarters at West Gate Plaza.
