The announcement is made by J. A. Jones, Production Engin eer. Long will assume his new du ties August 22, Long is succeeded at the Sutton plant by E. G Hollowel! who moves up from the position of plant Operating Supervisor, Be Is » native of Engelhard and received his education at Louisburg Junior College and N. C. State Colleage. Just prior to World War II he attended a Navy diesel school at N, C. State and later served seven years with the Merchant Ma rine, being discharged in 1948 with a chief engineer’s license and rank of lieutenant com mander.
