New Jazz Groups Sought For Randall s Festival NEW YORK Producers of the Fifth Annual Randall’s Island Jazz Festival to be held in New York City on August 19th, 20th. and 21st are searching for new talent to be presented at the gi gantic 1960 Festival, the largest in the world.
