S. degree from Winston - Salem State College; M. A. degree, Columbia University and has done further study a* \&TState University, North Carolina Col lege at Durham, Columbia U niverslty, New York University and South Carolina State Col lege. She is married to D. J. Knight, retired Halifax County Agricul ture Extension Agent. They have one son, William R. Knight, and two granddaughters. PERSONALS RAISE MONEY FOR SHAW V.
