The federal assistance was granted under the College Hous ing Program of HUD and authorized by the Housing Act of 1950, as amended, and is re payable at three percent inter est over forty years. The check presentation was made at a bond closing in HUD’s regional offical in Philadelphia to Dr. McClenney. On hand also were George R.
