April Social
On April 9 Ha Lailah will
have a roller skating and
dessert social. All members
are invited to be at the Skate
Palace on South Bouleyard
to “skate their troubles
away.” Admission, in
cluding skate rental, is $3.
We will “boogie down” from
7:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m.
Afterwards skaters and non
skaters are invited for
dessert at LaLa Clark’s
home, 3049 Valencia Terrace.
Special Olympics
On April 7 and 8 members
of Ha Lailah will participate
in the Special Olympics held
at UNCC. Any members
wishing to Kelp out with this
worthwhile project should
contact Patti Weisman.
Older Adult Luncheon
Ha Lailah was the spon
soring organization for an
older adult “supper” held at
the JCC on March 13.
Members from the chapter
prepared the delicious meal
which was followed by splen
did entertainment.
