Fall
Celebration
The JCC Fall Celebration at
Latta Plantation Park was
wonderful!
September 23 was an ideal,
sunny day. Children and their
parents, in pairs £ind groups,
toured a pine-laden, tree-
shaded nature trail near
Mountain View Lake. Emerg
ing on a grassy slope, they
threw frisbees or footballs or
horseshoes, or sat in the
shade, relaxing and talking.
When it was time to eat
picnic-baskets and coolers full
of food and drink were unload
ed onto the tables at the
reserved shelter.
