The Ha Lailah chapter of
B’nai B’rith Women will once
again sponsor their annual
JCC Membership Raffle draw
ing to be held this month.
As a bonus, this year’s raf
fle wUl have a brand new twist:
Tickets will be drawn for 2nd
and 3rd prizes. The winners
will be registered in a class of
their choice offered by the JCC
in the winter/spring of 1985.
In addition, this year’s book of
tickets will come in a “baker’s
dozen” for $10. This gives par
ticipants one “free” chance
over last year’s book of 12
tickets.
Proceeds will be used to help
support The Children’s Home
in Israel, B’ngu B’rith Youth
Organization and the Anti-
Defamation League. They also
fund the many Community
Volunteer Services provided
by the Ha Lailah Chapter in
Charlotte, such as Child Find,
Hunter House and Latch Key
Children. Sara Schreibman,
president of the Chapter,
believes that the response to
this year’s raffle will reflect
the conununity’s commitment
to the JCC in this very impor
tant transition year as well as
support for the BBW
