The play, which premiered in Atlanta
and is currently running on Broad
way, is about the reunion of two
sisters who spent the war years
apart: Rose in Annerica with her
father Mordechai, and Luisa in
Poland with her husband, mother,
and friend. Manna. The play travels
back and forth in time from Poland
(1876) to America (1946).
