Thank You, Nationsbank!
JCC Pays Tribute to Gorelicic and Swimmer
The Jewish Community Center is proud to welcome NationsBank as
the sponsor of its 1995 Gala honoring Bill Gorelick and Hany Swinmier.
NationsBank’s extremely generous contribution marks a major leap toward
reaching the goal of raising $100,000 to support the Jewish Community
Center’s social service programs.
By becoming the corporate underwriter of this event, NationsBank con
tinues to express its commitment to building a strong and vibrant social and
cultural infrastructure in the Charlotte community. Their participation in this
particular project, in support of the Jewish Community Center, is especially
meaningful in light of this special tribute to Bill and Harry. They are being
recognized for their efforts in bringing to fruition the dream of a new Jewish
Conmiunity Center. Many will remember that NationsBank made a signifi
cant contribution to the original building fiind campaign that provided the
funds for constructing the JCC facilities. Now, as the Center moves into the
next phase of its growth, NationsBank is once again standing with us, side
by side.
The theme of the event - The Heart of the “J” Beats On... From Genera
tion to Generation -focuses on how the programs and services of the Jewish
Community Center touch the lives of our community resictents. Thanks to
Bill, Harry and NationsBank, the JCC has the opportunity to raise some of
