Rizowy, 'Chicago attorney and university professor, will be speak ing at the first meeting of the newly organized Lawyers Division, on April 17th, at 6:00 PM at The Tower Club. Hal Levinson, Chairman of the Lawyers Division of The Jew ish Federation said, “We are very fortunate to have Dr. Rizowy, a fre quent participant on National Pub lic Radio and authority on Middle East issues, inform us of current de velopments in the Middle East from the legal and political perspective, as well as concerns regarding ter rorist activities and security pre mises liability.” Levinson continued, “Situa tions and occurrences in Europe, the Middle East and the former Soviet Union continue to have an enor mous impact on our life here in the Dr. Carlos G. Rizowy United States”. Rich Osborne, President of the Jewish Federation added, “The revitalization, develop ment and structuring of the Lawyers Division is most timely and impor tant.
