theme oriented class with the
comfort of mom nearby. This class
starts out with a short informal play
time followed by an art project, then
snack. The last 30 minutes is a
circle time loaded with music,
movement, instruments and

Bouncing Back with Baby Stroller
Fitness classes are back! This fun
and effective exercise class for
moms and children 6 weeks and
older is taught by a licensed physical
therapist and meets rain or shine.
Our goal is to get you back in shape
through power walking, stair
climbing, and sculpting with fitness
bands — all while enjoying
time outdoors with your children. The
BBB Exercise Guide for Moms and
Babies is included in the class fee.

include low impact aerobics,
sculpting and flexibility exercises for

Kids Night Out
Come join all your friends for the great
fun everybody has at Kids Night Out.
Kids Night Out is a program designed for
children in the 3rd, 4th and 5th grades
to facilitate Jewish friendships. Each
Kids Night Out will occur on the 4th
.Saturday of the month from 7 to 10:30
unless otherwise noted. In order to
ensure a safe and effective
program, all Kids Night Out
programs will require registration
prior to the day of the event.
