7:30 PM at Temple Israel.
Rabbi Alan Silverstein, noted
author and leeprer. will discuss
ways to respond the questions of
our youth and how to discuss the
important topic of in-marriage. A
free copy of Why Marry Jewish?
by Doron Kornbluth will be dis
tributed to the first 100 in atten
dance. This book is written to help
adults better understand this
important issue.

by the Jewish Federation of
Greater Charlotte, Temple Israel,
Jewish Family Services and the
Jewish In-Marriage Initiative,
whose mission is, to sensitively
and respectfully, encourage: Jews
to marry Jews; conversion to
Judaism as the desired outcome of
an intermarriage; and intermarried
parents to raise their children
exclusively as Jews. This program
