Jewish FeJet^oD creates “UKle Keeps^fees”
On Wednesday, April 26, more
than 40 moms and their babies
gathered in the Family Place at the
Levine Jewish Community Center
for “Little Keepsakes” with Jaime
Cojac of J. Jallini Designs. Jaime
assisted each child with their
handprint and each mom decorat
ed a picture frame for a lasting
memory.
Focusing on the Jewish family
has been a long-standing tradition
for the Jewish Federation of
Greater Charlotte according to
Shalom Baby Chair Lauren
Weiser. “This program is a won
derful way to help new parents
find support and build a social
connection during a special time
in their lives. I’m proud to be
involved.”
Last year the Jewish Federation
raised over $2.7 million to help
those agencies that support Jewish
education and many others. Your
Jewish Federation is committed to
raising and distributing funds to
support and enrich lives of Jews
locally, nationally, in Israel and
worldwide. Through education
and community building, the
Federation ensures that Jewish
values, goals, traditions and con
nections are preserved for current
and future generations.
