Jewish Wall of Fame
(Continued fivm page 10)
In February, Julius’s dream
became a reality with the installa
tion of the “Jewish Wall of Fame”
in the Levine JCC. This exhibit
features seven Jews who have
made significant advances in the
field of medicine and is located on
the wall opposite the Foundation
for Shalom Park’s offices. The
committee plans to create a new
exhibit every three months to fea
ture the achievements of Jews in
various fields, such music, chem
istry, architecture, entertainment,
literature, etc. The committee
members include Fran Dordick,
Bill Gorelick, Julius Silverman,
Jenny Stem, and Foundation liai
son Butch Rosen, and they wel
come your input and ideas con
cerning the ej^ibit. The commit
tee is most grateful to Patty and
Bill Gorelick for their support of
the initial exhibit and to Todd
Gorelick for his editing assis
tance.
The Jewish Wall of Fame is
seeking sponsors for future
exhibits. For more information on
sponsorship, please contact Jenny
