Yedidot at the Charlotte Torah Center
The Charlotte Torah Center is
thrilled to announce the launch of
Yedidot (Girlfriends), a club for
girls. A Junior Division of Nishei
Charlotte, the Charlotte Torah
Center’s Women’s Group,
Yedidot will offer two age-appro-
priate groups: Nitzanim (Baby
Flowers) for 5-7 year olds and
Parparim (Butterflies) for 8-11
year olds. Activities will focus on
Torah, Parsha, Great Jewish
Women, Cooking, Shabbat, Yom
Tovim, Rosh Chodesh, Arts and
Crafts, Mitzvot, and much more.
Yedidot’s two hour kick-off
meeting was held on March 1.
Twenty-five girls dazzled the
Charlotte Torah Center as they
helped paint a floral mural in their
new classroom. They played fun
games, ate healthy and delicious
snacks, and learned about the hol
iday and mitzvot of Purim by
M
going on a scavenger hunt.
Yedidot’s groups will meet at
the Charlotte Torah Center two or
three Sundays per month, from 3-
4 PM. The cost is $ 18 per month.
