It’s not every day that you can improve lives around the world through a single phone call. But on Super Sunday you can. For more than seventy years the Jewish Federation of Greater Charlotte has been raising funds to meet the ongoing needs of our Charlotte Jewish community with an innovative approach and an unparalleled record of success. Together with our donors, we fund and support a com munity-wide network of organizations that are the building blocks of our commu nity. You help us ensure that the programs, organizations and values that enrich our Jewish community remain vibrant and strong. We won’t ask you to per sonally deliver food to the hungry, make visits to the homebound, or drive a senior to the doctor. We don’t expect you to teach Hebrew school, take a young adult to Israel, or become a Jewish summer camp counselor. All we ask is that you make the call. By volunteering to make calls (or gener ously choosing to answer the call) on Sunday, January 27, you can join hundreds of our Charlotte Jewish community members in building a stronger Jewish community. Bring your positive energy and join other volunteers as we mobilize our Jewish values of Tzedakah and Tikkun Olam into action. Together we do extraordinary things.
