What is Women’s Philanthropy?
Inspired and guided by our tradition of Tzedakah (justice/charity),
Chesed (acts of loving kindess), and Tikkun 01am (repairing the world),
the Federation seeks to empower women as philanthropists and leaders.
The Jewish Federation seeks to provide significant opportunities for all
women to affirm their Jewish identity and spirituality, to be proactive in
evolving issues of concern to contemporary Jewish women, to engage new
cadres of participants and leaders in our community and to inspire other
Jewish women. We believe the future of the Jewish community depends
upon the strength of these endeavors, and we are committed to the fulfill
ment of this vision.
Whether you’re interested in education, fundraising, social action or
community, there’s a place for you in our Women’s Philanthropy depart
ment. Explore your options online at www.jewishcharlotte.org or reach out
to Tair Giudice, Director of
Outreach & Engagement, 704-
944-6759, with any questions.
