The Charlotte Jewish News - May 2015 - Page 5 Youth Visions Taste of Hebrew High on April 30 Every Wednesday, at Shalom Park, Jewish teens are busily en gaging in all sorts of Jewish learn ing. Some are studying from the aneient texts, some are listening to and translating Israeli roek musie, some are ereating eulinary master- pieees, and some are learning how to make ethieal Jewish deeisions. There is something for every stu dent and every learning style at Charlotte’s Hebrew High. On April 30, at 7 PM we are holding our annual “Taste OF He brew High.” All new and poten tial students are eneouraged to bring their parents to eheek out our program. There will be infor mation about our plans for next year, elasses offered, and an op portunity to ask questions. Char lotte’s Hebrew High is one of the premier Jewish teen organizations in the United States. Please attend and find out what we are all about. We are beginning our fourth year of “Hebrew for Credit.” Due to a generous Impaet Grant from the Jewish Federation of Greater Charlotte and an agreement with the Charlotte-Meeklenburg and Union County Sehool distriets, Hebrew High students are learn ing eonversational Hebrew and re- eeiving language eredit in their seeular sehools.
