Rally in Raleigh Sept13»Ha]eigh Equality Noith Carolina rally The statewide LGBT advocacy and education group Equality North Carolina teams up with a coalition of partnering organizations from across the state to host a special rally on Halifax Mall, 3CK) N Salisbury St, noon“1:30 p.m. at the Nortii Carolina Legislative Building. The rally, slated for the second day of the legislature's special September session, aims to give LGBT and ally citizens the chance to speak out against a proposed anti-LGBT constitutional amendment on marriage.
