Hardison, USN, Chief of Naval Air Primary Training, reviewed the Regiment of Cadets here Wed nesday afternoon before 2,500 per sons as this Pre-Flight School cele brated its second anniversary. Participating in the program was the Regiment of Cadets now in training, the group of French Cadets who are receiving special training here, and the U. S. Navy Pre-Flight band. Among those in the reviewing stand—other than Admirals Har dison and Murray—were Capt. W. S. Popham, USN, Commandant NROTC and V-12 Units, Univer sity of North Carolina; Capt. Paul Hendren, USN; Capt. C. P. McFeaters, USN; Dean R. B. House, Dean of Administration, Dean Francis Bradshaw, Dean of Students, and William D. Car michael, Jr., Comptroller, all of the University of North Carolina; Comdr. G. L. Harris, USNR, NROTC, University of North Carolina; Lieut. Comdr. Ralph W. Burleigh, USNR, Executive Of ficer at the Georgia Pre-Flight School; Lieut. Comdr. Raymond L. Arnoud of the French Navy; Lieut. T. E.
