The last outdoor Sports Pro gram Championship of the year will be held next Wednesday at 1830 on Fetzer Field. During the fall and winter months, competition between the various battalions will be held dur ing the regular Sports Program period. The early hour of dark ness during this period was the reason for the change, but spec tators will still have an oppor tunity to see Cloudbuster teams perform during the varsity foot ball schedule during the fall, and the basketball, wrestling, and box ing competition during the winter. As usual, the Navy Pre-Flight band will be on hand this coming Wednesday. The only change in the program is the time being moved up to 1830. 45 Officers Receive Survival Instruction Here A fortnight of realistic survival training for 45 Navy and Coast Guard officers from all over the country came to a close here yes terday. Beginning with a series of classroom lectures, instructional movies, and short field trips dur ing the first week of training, the course steadily increased in tough ness and realism, reaching its cli- A touch of the real thing was added to the instructor’s course in survival last Wednesday morning when a twin-engine Beechcraft pi loted by Ens.
