nual picnic and ball game in Drewry
Saturday, July 4. Three ball games
were played, one with churchill, Towns
ville and the Red Devils. The Drewry
team won each game. There were
several hundred colored people, trucks
loaded came from other, places. The
stew they cooked was enjoyed by the
white people.
