has just returned from a trip to
Atlanta, Ga. She spent a week
with her brother, Jimmy Dobbins,

Mrs. Essie Honeycutt, smash

has returned to work after several
months of illness.
MAIN OFFICE
The girls of Main Office were
hostesses at a delightful party on
Friday, June 19, at the Firestone
Girls’ Club. The occasion honored
Mrs. Helen Craig, Payroll Depart
ment. Mrs. Margaret Spencer was
in charge of the entertainment,
after which a delicious salad plate
was served to approximately thirty
five guests. Miss Helen Spencer
was in charge of planning for the
party.
Mrs. Marjorie Hill is the new
est member of the Payroll De
partment. She is married to Clyde
W. Hill, an employee of The Gas
tonia Daily Gazette. They are the
parents of two children, Patsy
Jean, six, and Scotty, two. They
reside on the York Road. Members
of main ofifce welcome Marjorie
as a fellow employee.

especially to see Mrs. Boby Bran
don, the former Miss Doris Spivey.
