returned to her home after being a
patient in the hospital for some
time. Mrs. Fullbright’s condition is
steadily improving.

their brother, Paul Wiggins in
Bryson City, N. C. Mr. Wiggins is
ill.
Little Miss Pamela Meeks,

several days of hospitalization.

Rosevelt Rainey has been re
porting news from the Cotton Of
fice since the early part of 1955.
Rainey, who lives at 430
North York street, will soon com
plete 20 years of service here, and
most of that time has been spent
in the Cotton Office. He came to
Gastonia in 1926 from his home
town of York, S. C.
Hunting and fishing are his
favorite pastimes, and on vaca
tions has opportunity to go far
afield to pursue these sports.
Fishing for bass is one of his
greater angling interests, although
he “rarely catches any bass—more
often crappies.” Hunting, he is
most interested in ’possums, rab
bits, and squirrels.

Mrs. J. B. White of High Point,
N. C., visited her mother, Mrs.
Corene Lewis, winder tender, re
cently.
Mrs. Hazel Patterson, winder
tender, had as week-end guests re
cently, Mr. and Mrs. Claude Mundy

of April 8, at the Pentecostal Holi
