He was referring to fiberglass headers and how they had reduced the scrap in Wilson's process. Jaggy Anand and I returned from our Mexico trip encouraged by what we had seen. As reported in a previous newsletter, (Jastonia has shipped fabric to Cuernavaca, Mexico for tlie first time in more than a year. We had lost tliis business because they could buy a better quality of fabric from ASAHI. The specific reason for this visit was to follow our fabric through Mexico's process. Cuernavaca was impressed at the improvement in the quality of our nylon fabric. We also had the opportunity to see material produced my ASAHI ^lnd were very impressed. Their nylon is flat ^md very uniform from one end to the other. We will need everyone's input and cooperation if we are to replace ASAHI as the major supplier of fabric to Mexico. Gastonia Is awaiting feedback from Reeves Brothers concerning tlie approval of our style 691^*. If approved, tlie volume will fill the West End's capacity. We should know something by the next newsletter.
