SALUTE OF THE MONTH It gives us a great deal of pleasure, this month, to salute Mr. John F. Schenck, Sr., and his son, John F. Schenck, Jr., of Cleveland Mill & Power Co. They are solely responsible for the publication of the Hoover Rail. Mr. Schenck, Jr. gave us the idea and encouraged us to start a monthly bulletin for our boys. The company bears the larger part of the expenses of the paper, supplemented by the local sales. So "thanks to the Schencks, in behalf of our Yanks."
