'SALUTE OF THE MONTH^ Grand Old Man"^, Mr. Tom Richards, rotes the Salute this month. '^Mr. Tom"" os we all know him, is the oldest employee of Cleveland Mill & Power Co.—he is 77 years of age, and on the job every day, rain or shine, summer or winter. He has worked for this Company, os General Overseer of the Winding, Packing and Finishing Departments for 47 years—quite a record for you youngsters to "shoot at". In addition to his duties at the Mill, he finds time to be Mayor of Lawndale and has held this office for 20 consecutive years, and all those years on the one initial election. Ask ""MR. TOM"' about his hobby and he"ll start telling you all about the art of Fishing and he should know for he"s a REAL FISHERMAN and as we said before, '"A GRAND OLD MAN.""
