Mr. Richardson has worked with Piedmont since the beginning of the airline dI V IsI on and he ? maintains his S home here* f Mr. Murray and ^ j Mr. Love have * also moved their fam I I I es to Wins ton-SaIem• RICHARDSON ANNUAL AIRLINE PICNIC SET AUGUST 29; SERVICE PIN AWARDS PLANNED The annual alrllne-wlde summer picnic this year will be held Saturday, August 29, with a "first" as the main feature of the program, It was announced by INT general office executives. Dick Hager announced that the picnic will be held Saturday, August 29, and will probably start early In the afternoon • nd last until long late In the night. It will be held at the Patio, about five miles west of Winston-Salem, site of several prevIous pIcnIcs . For the first time since Inaug uration of the airline division of Piedmont Aviation, service pins will be awarded employees for five, ten, fifteen and twenty years service. W. G. McGee advised that there are about ten eligible for ten- year service awards and some 180 airline employees eligible for the five-year awards# Plans for the picnic and award are still In the development stage and further Information will be sent to alt stations s oon • -ti- -j:- -M- -li- -a- in charge of the original audit that the Board has con ducted at Piedmont. Free land, arrived July 20th to be gin an examination of the books, records and accounts of Pied mont Aviation, Inc. The four- member team of auditors Is composed of Mr. Freeland, John D. Pepper, Jr., Charles A. Marfing and Miss Margaret L. Dun ton.
