WILMINGTON -(Cont'd) STORKLINE 1955. We hope 1956 will be better. Hugh Kelley,Agent-|MN,and Piedmonltor correspondent. Is going with the "Big Boys" Feb, 14. He is leaving us to take on the job as Co-pilot with Pan American and will be based in Miami,Fla. We hope Hugh has good luck with RAA and know he will do a goodjob. Send us your address at Miami, Hugh. Don't think you will have any trouble keeping the guest room filled. Haven't seen 967 round lately. Hope it stays that way. Remember 8820 with the "deep" freeze baggage bins tn the cabin? It was bad but 967 is worse. At least when we had 8820 we knew there would be room for cargo and baggage . We didn't carry any. 967 would have been a good airplane - eight years ago. We don't have too much trouble with it as we can load it up and leave the rest here in IMN, but I pity you guys up the line when you have to pull our cargo. Better days ahead-the Fokkers are coming. Good-by ramp equipment, rudder blocks and gear pins I ! pirnmanr "WELCOME ABOARD" future IMN agent, Kevin Jones, son of IMN Station Agent, Pete Jones. *************** ************** ************ *** DIPLOMAT: One who can bring home the bacon without spilling the beans. Ik, This bright young man is not the typical individual that you will find around IMN when you visit with us. However, he is what makes the airline career interesting. It would be interesting to find out what makes him tick | Since this photo was taken of this character,we have been won dering if he has been scared by a passenger, greeting a friend, or extending his hand to "mooch." Maybe the phone rang and he is showing the typical PAI spirit and wants to be the first to answer it. If he sits on that pencil, | wonder what that grin would look like. Those who don't know his name,he is SS.Sandifer, Those who know him,he is just "RED". "FAMILY PLAN" ? TWA claims this story true but did not re lease the names of the people involved: A wealthy Moslem applied under the air line's off-season family fare plan for a transatlantic hop at 40 per cent below re gular prices. After a double-take at the family, TWA agreed on the package deal: The husband, four wives and eleven children !
