ELECTS OFFICERS
At the annual meeting held on January 28,
the fol lowing officers were elected: T. W.
Morton, President; K. E. Ross, Vice Pres
ident; R. C. Hoots, Secretary-Treosurer.
Elected to the Board of Directors for the
ensuing year were Will Blackmon, Henley
Day, Russell Godfrey, T. W. Mortonond
J . R. Reagan.
The Credit Committee members are: Jim
Bradley, T. L .Martin and Ronnie Mockl in.
The Supervisory Committee consists of M.
F. Fare, J. W. Lewis and H. L. Vogler.
A dividend of 4-3/4% was declared for
1957 and details concerning the operation
and financial status are to be published
and distributed in the very near future.

first system of its type to be installed in a Winston-Salem based Super 18 Beechcraft.
