Interesting interlining
China and Galapagos Islands opened to interliners
This column on discount travel injormation is
offered as a service to employees. We compile it from
material sent to the Piedmonitor and the interline

Be one of the first to take advantage of
tours to the People’s Republic of China that
have been arranged for interliners by ITR Inter
line Ltd. Ranging in length from four to ten
days, all tours depart from Hong Kong. Prices,
from $399 per person, include all transportation,
accommodations and meals in, China as well as
accommodations in Hong Kong for a mandatory
four-night stay prior to departure. The Hong
Kong stay is necessary for final processing of

Visit Galapagos Islands

Ecuador’s Galapagos Islands with live-on-board

Crafts are close by
The 15th annual Piedmont Crafts Fair will
be held November 3, 4, 5, 1978 at Memorial
Coliseum in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

This 15th annual exhibition of crafts for sale,
sponsored by craftsmen from the Piedmont
area, is devoted to bringing wide public atten
tion to the high-quality work being created to
day in the field of craft art. Some 50 different
crafts will be represented, including pottery,
weaving, glass, wood, jewelry, enameling, pho
tographs, prints, batik, iron work, leather,
stitchery and quilting. Winston-Salem Memorial
Coliseum, site of the Fair, is located on North
Cherry Street just north of the city, within
walking distance of a Holiday Inn. Out-of-town
visitors to the Fair will also find many other
points of interest in the city, such as the Old
Salem restoration area, Reynolda House, the
Museum of Early Southern Decorative Arts,
the Southeastern Center for Contemporary Art,
and several other art and craft galleries.

Club events scheduled
Airfair and the Orange County Interline
Club are co-sponsoring a week-long “Fantasy
Holiday” from December 8 to December 15
